OS EFEITOS DO ATUAL PADRÃO DE CONSUMO SOBRE O MEIO AMBIENTE

Durante décadas, o meio ambiente foi considerado como fonte inesgotável de recursos naturais e depósito semlimites para os dejetos e para os resíduos resultantes das relações econômicas entre empresas que produzem efamílias que consomem bens e serviços. Dessa forma, a proposta do artigo é realizar uma revisão bibliográficaque subsidie a discussão a respeito dos efeitos do atual padrão de consumo da sociedade capitalista sobre o meioambiente, levando em consideração a capacidade de absorção dos resíduos gerados tanto na esfera da produçãoquanto do consumo.
