MARKETING JURÍDICO: UMA ESTRATÉGIA EFICIENTE PARA ADVOGADOS BRASILEIROS

Este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre o Marketing Jurídico, discutindo os principais conceitos do Marketing e ainda as estratégias de divulgação de serviços e produtos usadas no âmbito jurídico, uma vez que as leis que regem a profissão do advogado impõem restrições quanto à divulgação de seus serviços. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica tendo como fundamento o Código de Ética e Disciplina da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, o Regimento 94-2000 e autores como Kotler (2000), Dantas (2013), Honorato (2014) dentre outros. Conclui-se que existe um grau elevado de conservadorismo na profissão do advogado, que faz com que este tenha receio de infringir a ética da profissão ao utilizar o Marketing. No entanto, existem diversas estratégias que podem ser utilizadas pelo advogado para divulgar o seu trabalho sem ferir o Código de Ética.
