THE FORMATION OF TEACHERS AND NEW MEDIA APPLIED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL CITIZENSHIP

This article will highlight the relationship between environmental education and the disruption of traditionalism, as a caveat of new technologies. This research is of utmost importance to understand this as a scientific tool referred to the practice of teaching.The aim of this study was to assess the training of educators and education professionals from public schools in the city of Anapolis, Goias, Brasil, with respect to the use of innovative teaching resources in the lessons of Environmental Education of the City. With the intent to highlight the importance of continued education for qualification of teachers, and also exemplify innovative teaching methods, aiming lesson more attractive and dynamic, thus suggesting new ways to provide environmental education. The methodology used to meet the objectives of this research will be of bibliographical method, with studies in books, articles and digital publications on the subject under study, as well as collecting data through interviews with public school teachers schools in the city of Annapolis, seeking information on how it has been conducted environmental education within schools. As well as examining whether educators have had training or refresher courses in relation to this matter. There is a simplistic view on the part of teachers in relation to environmental education and can also put it that environmental education has not been established as an essential area of knowledge in schools.
